The Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190) is a permanent resident visa designed for individuals who may not meet the criteria for the Skilled Independent Visa and whose occupations are not listed on the Medium and Long Term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL).

To qualify for the Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190), applicants must obtain sponsorship from a state or territory government in Australia and score a minimum of 65 points on the points test. This visa aims to address skill shortages in Australia and offers a pathway to permanent residency.

Eligibility:
